Parent Coaching & Skills Training Group

This is a parent coaching cohort focused on teaching structure, consistency, and practical strategies to support children with behavioral and emotional regulation challenges. It is skills-based and educational in nature.

Includes:

• The Parent Skills & Behavior Program Manual PLUS a set of supporting videos to reinforce each skill

• 3 weeks of in-person cohort meetings for you & your child (skills practice + customized help)

  • Week 1: Understanding Brain & Emotions

  • Week 2: Body Clues, Conflict Tools & Co-regulation

  • Week 3: Routines, Timers & Electronics

This group meets in person on Sundays at 6pm
